Salt Solution Mining Project for Dansk Salt

As part of the development of the Hvornum salt dome, the operator of the brine field required an additional three salt production wells to be constructed. WellPerform delivered a comprehensive scope of work spanning across multiple disciplines within Project Management, Well Engineering, Tendering and Contract Management, Subsurface Expertise, HSE and Well Pad Construction.

The work included amongst others the following scope:

• Contracting of Drilling Rig

• Services contracts for fluids, cementing, DD/MWD, Logging, casing running and water well drilling

• Site design and construction plans for 3 well pads

• Tendering for site construction

• HSE Framework for operational phase

• Permitting for site and wells

• Top hole program for 3 wells

• Main drilling program for 3 wells

• Operational Supervision

• Back-office engineering and subsurface support

• Final Well Reporting and lessons learned
