WellPerform is expanding and has hired two very experienced professionals to strengthen the team in Copenhagen and Esbjerg.
Sandeep Dhawan will join the Copenhagen office team as Principal Well Engineer. He comes with more than 25 years of experience as a Drilling Engineer having worked with on- and offshore projects around the globe.
Sandeep has in-depth technical skills and experience complementing entire well life cycle design & planning, operations preparation, execution and management and will mainly be supporting the operations in India and Iran.
He joins WellPerform from a position as Principal Drilling Engineer and Subject Matter Expert – Well Design in Corporate Wells, Maersk Oil.
Lars Bidstrup Sørensen will join the Esbjerg office as Well Service Manager. He comes with vast experience working for both a major service provider and operators where he has worked in several managerial and supervisory positions.
Lars is an energetic and enthusiastic industry professional that has strong technical skills spanning across project management, technical planning and execution of complex well projects and will be in charge of further strengthening the Well Services division within WellPerform.
He joins WellPerform from a position as Drilling and Completions Supervisor in DONG Oil & Gas.
Both Sandeep and Lars will start on December 1st 2016.
