WellPerform at Folkemødet on Bornholm
Folkemødet is a huge Danish political festival held on the isle of Bornholm (14-17 of June, 2018) where politicians, organizations, and companies have opened the doors to the People for debates, discussions, and networking in general.
Geothermal energy is an overlooked field with a general lack of progress, and a legislative structure that inhibit industrial use and the green transition. WellPerform is seeking to generate momentum in the industry, and has done so with projects as the geothermal well in Thisted, our cooperation with DTU on geothermal scaling, corrosion, and heat transfer, and our ongoing application for a geothermal licence in Lolland-Falster, Denmark. We have been invited to a panel discussion on the challenges of creating a united energy system, utilizing excess heat, and green energy form wind and solar.
The debate, Sæt strøm til radiatoren (Apply power to your radiator), is planned by Dansk Fjernvarme and Fors, and will be held on Thursday the 14th of June 2018, from 15.00-16.00 in tent B9, at Nordlandspladsen.
