We are really please to let you know that our Snr. petrophysicist and reservoir geologist Søren A Christensen has been assigned to the Aker BP ASA Valhall-Hod asset for the entire of 2021. He has been working full time on the asset since October 2020 and the agreement has now been agreed to cover the entire year.
The Valhall-Hod field – a highly complex major chalk reservoir on the Norwegian continental shelf – is preparing for a major development campaign starting soon.
In addition to Søren we have Ole Valdemar Vejbæk assigned also. Ole is mainly engaged in geomechanics and wellbore stability. Together with Søren, however, he is presently embarking on a saturation-height modelling project.
We are truly pleased and honored that AkerBP finds our chalk experience of such gravity that they wants us in the team working to unlock further value in this field.
