Registration Policies for Training Courses
Registration
- Registration can be made online at www.wellperform.com or via email to training@wellperform.com
- Once the registration is confirmed by WellPerform and email confirmation is sent to the participant or the participants company
Payment
- Course fees are due and payable in Euro upon receipt of the invoice
- Payment must have been received by WellPerform prior to the first day of the course
- Course fees do not include living cost, but does include daily refreshments and lunch
- All prices are quoted excluding Value Added Tax
- If applicable Value Added Tax will be added to the total course fee
Cancellation Policy
- Transfers may be accepted if request is received minimum 30 days before the course begins – and the requested course is open for registration. Course fee will then be based on price of the registered course
- Substitution of participant can be done at any time without additional charges
- In the event of a cancellation of a course by the participant the following cancellation charges will apply:
- More than 30 days to course start: no charge
- Less than 30 days prior to the course start: 50% of the course fee
- Less than 15 days prior to the course start: 100% of the course fee
- Cancellation must be made in writing to WellPerform (training@wellperform.com)
- WellPerform reserves the right to cancel any course at any time and for any reason. If a course is cancelled, participants will be given the opportunity to receive a full refund or transfer to another course. WellPerform cannot be responsible for any fees charged for canceling or changing your travel arrangements.
Assessment and Certificates
- Pre-assessment and Post-assessment tests are part of the courses
- A Certificate of Completion is provided for each participant who successfully completes the course
Data Privacy
- WellPerform reserves the right to take photos and videos of the course sessions. These media recordings may be used for training and marketing purposes
