WellPerform has entered into an agreement with Avannaa Resources to review exploration mining opportunities in West Greenland. Scope of work includes a feasibility study for drilling of up to 10 wells on Disko Island and Nuussuaq Peninsula.
Avannaa Resources is a mineral exploration company, founded in 2006 and exclusively working in Greenland.
Avannaa’s exploration strategy is to focus on discovery of new deposits. They are targeting commodities and deposit types that can yield large scale mining projects with robust economics.
Avannaa’s commercial strategy is to act as a prospect generator, building new projects in underexplored parts of Greenland, and finding joint venture partners to fund drill testing.
