Missed Pay Analysis

The Missed Pay Analysis – Machine Learning study, aimed at identifying the existence of mobile gas in the Rotliegend Formation in more than 200 wells classified as “Dry” or “Oil/Gas Shows” using Machine Learning. Wells are from the Dutch part of the South Permian Basin. A training dataset of 25 wells were identified by EBN B.V. and used to build a high-quality database of input logs for the machine learning development. Data quality assurance of petrophysical evaluations was done identifying the parameters to be predicted giving rise to good model predictions. A supervised learning approach was used.
