Geothermal well clean out intervention

WellPerform carried out project management of a well intervention project including evaluating and subcontracting Coiled Tubing vendors and overseeing the detailed engineering and intervention program design. WellPerform provided personnel for supervision of the Coiled Tubing Intervention.

The geothermal injection well was drilled in 1983. During the last years the well experienced a linear decline in injectivity over time. The main objectives were to remove both compacted and suspended solids from screens sections, increase well injectivity for 2022-2023 heating season and confirm good well integrity.
